What to take

If you're thinking of cycling from London to Paris by yourself or with friends, then this site is for you.

It contains all the information about the planning, the routes and the trip I did in 2015. I've since done it another twice using similar routes, once in 2016 with 17 people and again in 2018 with 12 'Diabetes Dads' where we raised £13000 for JDRF.

In 2019 we went as a 'Diabetes Families' group with 12 of us, raising £12,000 for JDRF.

Much thanks has to go to Donald Hirsch for the base design of some of the routes, plus his helpful site.
